Roster Management

This page provides the rules for managing team rosters following The Draft.

Setting a Lineup

Players become locked in their set position on a team roster at the time of kickoff. Be sure to see Additional Rule Player Eligibility regarding players with multiple role designations.

Waiver Wire

There are no restrictions on the number of players that may be acquired via waivers. Waiver priority is reset each week in the inverse order of standings. Dropped players have a 1-day waiver period.

Team managers are prohibited from making roster changes once eliminated from the playoffs.

Trades

Accepted trades are processed immediately without review. Concerns of collusion or other unsportsmanlike conduct should be brought to the attention of a League Manager.

Trades are restricted from the Friday of week 14 of the regular season through the end of the playoffs, following the default ESPN policy. In the 2022-23 season, this will be at 3:00AM EST on December 9th, 2022.
